Returns, Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Statutory 14-Day Inspection Right

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, UK customers have the statutory right to cancel their purchase and return their timepiece within 14 days of receiving physical delivery without giving any reason.

2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a full refund, the returned timepiece must be in its original, unworn, and unblemished condition, accompanied by all original Pinion packaging, protective films, documentation, serialized warranty certificate, and handcrafted straps.

3. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, contact our South Oxfordshire atelier concierge at [email protected] quoting your allocation reference. We will provide a pre-addressed insured Royal Mail Special Delivery return label.

4. Refund Processing

Once your returned timepiece has undergone technical inspection by our watchmaker, your refund will be processed within 5 working days to your original payment method.
