1. Scope & Company Details

These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases, workshop allocations, and contractual arrangements entered into with Pinion Watch Company Ltd (Company No. 08642195, VAT No. GB 172 8492 61), having its registered office at The Old Forge, Reading Road, South Oxfordshire, RG9 4AH, United Kingdom.

By placing an order or reserving an allocation on this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms, governed by the laws of England and Wales and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

2. Products & Workshop Allocations

The Pinion Neutron Dual RD is an authentic mechanical timepiece engineered and hand-assembled in South Oxfordshire, England. Workshop allocations are issued on a strictly limited first-come, first-served basis. Pinion reserves the right to restrict allocations to one piece per collector or household to ensure equitable distribution.

3. Pricing, VAT & Payment

All prices stated on our website include UK Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing statutory rate of 20% and comprehensive Royal Mail Special Delivery transit insurance. Payment instructions and serial allocation confirmations are finalized with our concierge team prior to final dispatch.

4. Delivery & Transit Insurance

Deliveries within the United Kingdom are dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm. Signature upon delivery is required. Risk in the goods passes to the consumer upon successful physical handover.

5. 2-Year Manufacturer Warranty

Pinion provides an international 2-year manufacturer warranty from the date of initial dispatch covering all mechanical defects in the Swiss ETA 2893-2 movement and case craftsmanship under normal wearing conditions.
